Love this game! It's really thought provoking and sweet. One thing though, when I tell a joke the text bubble when he is asking what appears for a split second before popping back to my response. It's a bit disappointing because I can see there are fully written responses I would like to read. I don't know if this is simply an issue on my end? Anyway, wonderful game!!!
Thank you so much! I'm happy you enjoyed my game! I'm glad you say it's thought provoking as I worked with a psychologist to write it and that was exactly our goal. Yeah, that's a tiny bug on my part. It's less noticeable if you lower the text speed, but it isn't your fault.
Wow, thanks for responding! I didnt think I was getting close to "winning the game" LOL I felt like I was doing so poorly... Thanks for making this game! It was good and so interesting. Learned a lot about myself!
This game is complex and fun at the same time. I haven't played a card based visual novel before. It also highlights how hard it can be to connect with people sometimes. Awesome project 10/10
The conceit of this is super cool and I love the art and vibe. I love how you incorporated the jam theme too and I want to keep trying to get a better ending! Unfortunately, I had an issue with saving—when I tried, I got some kind of runtime error and it crashed. But great idea, great execution, and a really interesting premise.
Yeah, I'm making a log of the issues people are having and I will be releasing a patch after fixing the worst ones. I'm still glad this first version was intriguing for you.
Hey there! If you'd like to try it again, I think I managed to fix what was causing your error (if it's the same thing another user reported). If not, still thank you for the feedback, I very much appreciated it!

Just finished the game!!! I loved this! The ending was so emotional, I'm glad he has a friend he can rely on now.
Man this guy is so hard to get to know. Spent over an hour trying LOL. I give up.
Argh! Too bad you gave up. From what I saw in tests, the game takes about an hour and a half tops.
Anyway, I hope it wasn't too frustrating and you enjoyed it somewhat.
